The Director, Legal Services oversees all legal matters handled by the OIC. This includes providing legal counsel to the Commissioner regarding the OIC's regulatory functions, drafting opinions and guidance on issues relating to data protection, representing the OIC in legal proceedings, and generally safeguarding its interests in legal and regulatory affairs.
