The Working Group(s) established by the OIC shall be the conduit for the research and
analysis, including stakeholder consultations, for advancing its regulatory functions and
strategic objectives and for the preparation and dissemination of information and guidelines
for good practice by the IC.

This Terms of Reference (TOR) sets out the governance framework, scope, and operational
arrangements of the OIC’s Working Group(s). It outlines the specific purposes, desired
outcomes and deliverables of the Working Group(s) as established by the Commissioner.
